UNO harassment well planned: Minister

LGRD Minister Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain today termed the Barisal UNO harassment incident as well planned and warned that those responsible for it will face the music.

“It is not acceptable. It is well-planned. We will see the last of it. Justice must be ensured,” Mosharraf said responding to a reporter’s query, our Rajshahi correspondent reports.

Mosharraf said wrong had been done with the UNO and that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has taken the issue seriously.

“We are investigating the matter as to whether any evil force pampered the issue. We will take action in this regard based on evidence,” he said.

Mosharraf was talking to the reporters after inaugurating the newly built Muktijudha Complex in Mohanpur upazila of the district.
