PM to brief media on China trip Saturday

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will brief media on her China tour Saturday afternoon.

The briefing will be held at Gono Bhaban at 3:30pm, PM's Assistant Press Secretary Noore Elahi Mina told The Daily Star.

Sheikh Hasina returned home yesterday after wrapping up her six-day official visit to China.

During the visit, Bangladesh and China on Monday signed five deals, including one for building a large power plant in Patuakhali, an agreement, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and two Exchange of Letters to enhance cooperation in sectors like trade and investment and climate change.
