Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today appointed four people as her special assistant on contractual basis.
They are Abdus Sobhan Golap, Selima Khatun and Ferdous Ahmed Khan and Mahbubul Hoque Shakil.
Golap, Selima and Ferdous will enjoy rank and status, and salary of a full-fledged secretary while Shakil of an additional secretary.
Ministry of public administration today issued separate circulars about the appointments which would remain effective until the tenure of the prime minister ends or based on her satisfaction.
Golap, Shakil and Ferdous were special assistants to the prime minister earlier. While Selima was the private secretary of the premier since 2009.
