Pabna dist AL leaders

Land Minister Shamsur Rahman Sarif Dilu, also lawmaker for Pabna-4 constituency was re-elected president of the district AL unit, while the lawmaker for Pabna-5 Golam Faruk Khandaker Prince made secretary at Pabna AL council on Saturday.
After a discussion with the party's senior leaders, the full fledged committee having some new and old faces would be declared in the next 15 days, said Prince, secretary of the new committee.
After nine years, the triennial conference of the district Awami League (AL) was held at Doel Community Centre in the district town.
Presidium member of AL Central Committee Mohammed Nasim, also the health minister, inaugurated the event as the chief guest.
The three-year district unit council of the ruling party was last held in 2005.
