Owner of Sajeeb Builders found dead in Dhaka

Abul Khaiyer, owner of Sajeeb Builders, was found dead on the top floor of an under-construction building at Bashundhara Residential Area in Dhaka this morning.

Quoting deceased's brother Abdul Bari Babul, police said Khaiyer left home last evening after receiving a phone call and remained missing since then.

Later, someone noticed the body on the roof of the second-floor at the under-construction building at M Block of Bashundhara area and informed the matter to police who later recovered the body at 10:15am, said Muktaruzzaman, officer-in-charge of Bhatara Police Station.

Police suspected that miscreants killed him sometime at night as the body bore injury marks on its head.
