BDCOM Online declares 7% cash, 5% stock dividend

The 22nd annual general meeting of BDCOM Online Ltd. today declared seven per cent cash and five per cent stock dividend for the year ended on 30th June 2018.

The meeting was held around 11:00am at the AMM Convention Centre at Dhanmondi of Dhaka, according to a press release of BDCOM Online.

Directors, independent director, managing director SM Golam Faruk Alamgir and a large number of shareholders attended the meeting presided by the Chairman of the Company Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, the release read.
