Girl’s body recovered in Dhaka

Police today recovered a throat slit body of an unidentified young girl in Badda’s Shatarkul area in Dhaka this afternoon.

The body of the victim aged around 20 to 22 years was found at Neptune Housing Society around 2:30pm, said Abdul Jalil, officer-in-charge of Badda Police Station.

Police suspect that she was murdered elsewhere in the capital.

The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy, the OC told The Daily Star.
