-    A fight between Muktibahini and Pakistani soldiers take place in Pathorghati Thana of Mirzapur. In that battle 15 Panjabi of Pakistani army are killed and two of Muktibahini martyred.
-    Muktibahini attack the Kateshwar camp of Pakistani military in Comilla. The Pakistani army retaliate with artillery and mortars. The battle continue for an hour and seven Pakistani army men are killed.
-      A branch of fighters of the Muktibahini attack Razakars staying in Laxmipur. The members of the Muktibahini return safely to their places after killing four Razakars.
-    A discussion is arranged between Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and British Prime Minister Edward Heath.
-    A spokesperson of the defense ministry of Indian government at New Delhi says the Indian and Pakistani army are ready to confront at the national boundary. India had already resisted some attacks.
-    Shikh Leader Jogojit Singh Chowhan returns to Lahore from London. He says in Lahore, `If Indira Gandhi truly wants to help Bangladesh, then she Should give Sheikh Mujib and Tajuddin her West Bengal.’
