A FESTIVAL FOR WOMEN FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE

This International Women's Day, Women in Leadership (WIL) will hold the first ever Women in Leadership Festival on 8-10 March at the National Art Gallery of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. The fest will be comprised of 3rd Women Leadership Summit, 4th Inspiring Women Award, Startup Talk & Showcasing, Freedom of Choice Exhibition, Professional Training & Workshop, and several other components.

The Startup Showcasing will facilitate growing ventures by female entrepreneurs or ventures that focus on services for women. This initiative will showcase the concept behind these startups and how they empower or provide service to women in our society. The Startup Talk will facilitate interested women willing to learn about the challenges and opportunities from successful female entrepreneurs.

Keeping in mind about the professional growth of women to create their own space in the society, and mark their positions in the corporate industry, a series of training and workshops will also be organized. These trainings will be taken by Lighthouse Bangladesh, Grow N Excel, and BOLD and several other organizations.
