Young entrepreneur Jeremy Pastel is making waves- here’s why

Young entrepreneur Jeremy Pastel is seen signing deals with Soccer Clubs for athletes while managing their image.

Back home in Montreal, he owns several companies, one of whom is Voxsun, a telecom company that he founded himself and has been one of the main sources of his popularity and wealth.

However, one is compelled to ask who is Jeremy Pastel and what is his story?

Born in Paris, Pastel always had an entrepreneurial spirit which had him establish his lawn maintenance business at the age of fifteen. Soon he moved to Martinique due to family reasons but the sudden change of environment didn't get in the way of his enterprising zeal, leading him to sell ice cream on the beaches. Soon he was noticed by a telecommunication recruiter for his stirring salesmanship. In no time Pastel found himself working as a telecom salesman, an industry he had no prior experience of, and in just two months he was promoted as a team leader.

Pastel's salesmanship was so remarkable that soon he was able to land himself on one of the biggest telecom companies in France. After completing his studies he moved to Canada in 2008. Despite the scarcity of resources, he was successful in laying the foundation of VoxSun, a telecommunication company. His vision for VoxSun resulted in its exponential growth.

In 2012, he was able to secure "Créavenir" prize from the esteemed financial institution Caisse Dejardins. In just three years, its administrative board included him as one of its members. He went on to win the Young Entrepreneur grant from the Economic Development Centre of Ville St-Laurent in Montréal in 2013 and Service prize in the category of the young entrepreneur of the 30th Gala alpha in 2014.

He also appeared on the French Canadian version of Shark Tank and his business idea impressed investors so much that they invested in his company.

Pastel has shared all his journey as well as his formula for success in his business guide "How to Hit It Big in Business". Initially written in French, his book has now been translated into English for an international audience.

Currently, based in New York, Pastel is operating and expanding his business in technology and digital marketing strategy. And while his career in sport is not very old, through his agency he has been able to sign quite lucrative deals in Europe for up and coming soccer players.
