Bogura academic quiz competition held

The first-ever Bogura Inter-College Academic Quiz Competition was held on July 29 and 30, 2018, at the Government Shah Sultan College, Bogura. More than 2,000 students from 7 different colleges took part and a total of 28 teams contested.

Professor Nasrin Rashid, Vice Principal, Government Shah Sultan College of Bogura, was present as the chief guest. Professor Doctor Chowdhury Mofizur Rahman, Vice Chancellor, United International University, was invited as the special guest. Also, Yoriko Ueda, Founder and CEO of VENTURAS Limited, was the event chairman.

The two-day long event had four rounds, where 22 games were held in total. Government Azizul Haque college was declared the champion team, winning Tk 50,000 as prize money.

The event was organised by United International University (UIU), and supported by VENTURAS Limited. The Media Partner of the competition was RTV and Star Youth, The Daily Star, was associated as the Youth Engagement Partner.
