MK Alamgir, Dipu Moni, Suranjit left out of cabinet

MK Alamgir, Dipu Moni and Rajiuddin Ahmed Raju are among 30 ministers and state ministers who have been left out of the cabinet of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The three were in charge of the ministries of home, foreign and labour respectively.
Suranjit Sengupta, who was relieved from his charge as railway minister and made minister without portfolio following the railway scandal in April 2012, was finally dropped out of the cabinet.
The others who lost their jobs in the cabinet include Shahara Khatun, posts and telecommunications ministry; Md Rezaul Karim Hira, land ministry; Abul Kalam Azad, cultural affairs ministry; Enamul Hoque Mustafa Shaheed, social welfare ministry: Faruk Khan, civil aviation and tourism ministry; Md Abdur Razzaque, food ministry; Dr AFM Ruhal Haque, health ministry; Abdul Latif Biswas, fisheries and livestock ministry and Mostafa Faruque Mohammed, information & communication technology ministry.
The state ministers who left of cabinet are: Mostafizur Rahman, land ministry; Capt AB Tajul Islam (retd), liberation war ministry; Yeafesh Osman, science and technology ministry; Ahad Ali Sarkar, ministry of youth and sports; Md Shahjahan Miah, religious affairs ministry; Abdul Mannan Khan, housing and public works ministry; Jahangir Kabir Nanak, LGRD ministry; Motahar Hossain, primary and mass education ministry; Enamul Huq, power ministry; Mozibur Rahman Fakir, health ministry; Md Mahabubur Rahaman, water resources ministry; Omor Faruk Chowdhury, industries ministry; Md Abdul Hyee, fisheries and livestock ministry; and Meher Afroze, women and children affairs ministry.
