Memorial meeting on Justice Amin

A discussion meeting and the 'Justice Amin Ahmed Gold Medal' award ceremony were held in the city yesterday to mark the 11th death anniversary of former Chief Justice Amin Ahmed, says a press release. Chief Justice Mainur Reza Chowdhury was present as chief guest. The gold medal was awarded to the student who stood first in first class in the LL.M examination of the Dhaka University in 1999.

Former Chief Justice ATM Afzal, Supreme Court Bar Association President Ozair Farooq, Justice A Wadud Chowdhury and justice MA Rouf attended the memorial meeting organised by the Justice Amin Ahmed Trust.
