Another 'Oxygen Express' from India to reach Bangladesh soon

Another Oxygen Express, a train carrying oxygen supply, of Indian Railways has embarked on its journey to Bangladesh carrying 200 MT of Oxygen to help Bangladesh address respiratory distress due to Covid-19.

The train carrying 200 MT of Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) in 10 containers (20MT each) has departed for Bangladesh from Tatanagar in India around 9:50am (local time) today, according to a press release of the Indian High Commission.

This consignment will significantly augment reserves of LMO in Bangladesh.

With this, India has reaffirmed its commitment to continue support to Bangladesh in its fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
