BNP supporters chase away truck carrying barricades near Golapbagh

A truck carrying barricades was chased away by BNP activists when it reached near their rally venue at Golapbagh field in Dhaka's Kamalapur.

No policemen were on the truck that came from Sayedabad and parked in front of the office of deputy commissioner (Wari division) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police at around 2:03am, reports our staff correspondent from the spot.

At the time, police in front of the DC office, did not come out of the gate or engage with the BNP supporters.

When the labourers on the truck tried to bring down the barricades, the BNP supporters obstructed them, and the truck drove away within minutes.
