Kabir Bin Anwar new cabinet secretary

Kabir Bin Anwar, senior secretary at the water resources ministry, has been appointed as the cabinet secretary.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard today.

Kabir joined the civil service on 15 February in 1988 as an assistant commissioner.

He also served as assistant secretary at the foreign affairs ministry, first secretary at Bangladesh embassy in the Hague, Netherlands, deputy secretary at the home ministry and director general (admin) at the Prime Minister's Office.
