Eid Holiday: People with 19.05 lakh SIMs left Dhaka on June 27

People with some 19.05 lakh mobile connections left Dhaka yesterday (June 27), as holidaymakers are travelling to their homes to celebrate Eid-ul-Azha.

Telecom Minister Mustafa Jabbar disclosed the information in a post on his verified Facebook account today.

However, people with 7.78 lakh SIMs made their entries to Dhaka on the same day.
