BNP leader Moyeen Khan admitted to ICU at Evercare Hospital

BNP Standing Committee Member Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan has been admitted to Evercare Hospital after he fell sick this afternoon (May 15, 2022).

Moyeen has been kept in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital, Sayrul Kabir Khan, staff member of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's press wing, told The Daily Star tonight.    

Moyeen fell sick during a party programme at Zinda Park in Rupganj upazila of Narayanganj.

"As he (Moyeen) suddenly become sick during the lunch break of the programme, he was rushed to Evercare Hospital at Bashundhara residential area," said Sayrul, adding that the BNP leader regained consciousness after being admitted to the ICU of the hospital.

He is now under the observation of doctors, added Sayrul.
