Two promoted to secretaries

The government has promoted two officials previously ranked as additional secretaries to the post of secretary.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification today in this regard.

Md Faizul Islam, additional secretary of the Economic Relations Division, has been made the chairman of the Bangladesh Trade and Tariff Commission.

Sukesh Kumar Sarker, additional secretary (Biman and CA), has been made the director general of the National Academy for Planning and Development (NAPD).
