2 idols of Goddess Kali vandalised at Habiganj temple 

Two idols of Hindu Goddess Kali were vandalised by unidentified criminals at a temple in Lakhai upazila of Habiganj last night.

A tense situation was prevailing after the incident happened at Daspara Bishwas Hati Kali Temple in Morkari village last night, our Moulvibazar correspondent reports quoting Lakhai Uplazila Puja Udjapon Commitee President Prabnesh Goswami.

Confirming the incident, Md Mohiuddin Sumon, officer-in-charge of Lakhai Police Station, said police are looking into the matter.

On information, Lakhai Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Lusikando Hajong also visited the spot.
