Tarin receives an honour

Tarin Jahan, a successful actor and entrepreneur started her career with 'Notun Kuri,' a reality talent hunt show on BTV. She has won the Meril Prothom Alo Awards on numerous occasions for her remarkable acting.

She recently received an award from the Bangladesh American Chamber of Commerce of Florida. Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness presented Tarin with the award. Other recipients of this award include the West Indies Cricket Board team, prominent cricket and football player Saidur Rahman Shantu and actor Khalilah Camcho Ali.

 “It was an honour to receive this recognition award from Bangladesh American Chamber of Commerce of Florida,” Tarin expressed on social media.

The mission of the Bangladesh American Chamber of Commerce is to empower its members to create and promote trade while strengthening economic and cultural opportunities between Bangladesh and the United States.
