A new turning point for Apurba

Apurba is a busy actor who added significant milestones to his career recently. Now, things have taken an even more memorable turn for him. For the first time this Eid, the popular star shared screen space with his son in a tele-fiction. He describes the whole experience and also some of his Eid projects.

How many tele-fictions did you work in this Eid?

Around ten. I have not worked on any television series during this time, and focused on single episode tele-fictions and telefilms instead.

How did it feel to have your son join you on the sets?

The whole experience was exhilarating beyond words. I never imagined Ayash would start acting at such a young age. He was with me in the tele-fiction titled Bini Shutor Taan. This has been the most meaningful project for me, and it will always have a special place in my heart.

How did your son react after it was released?

The entire day was a first of its kind for him. After the promo was released, he began telling everybody he knew about it! He kept constantly talking about it with his grandparents.

What other projects have you been involved in?

I starred in Jodi Tumi Jante with Mehazabien. I was cast in a role in Prem Chhobi. I also acted in Aditya'r Mounta.

Do you find time to watch episodes of your projects later on?

I never get the opportunity to watch my programmes when they're on air. I do look them up on YouTube later on. However, Eid is special as I do have time to sit back and watch some of my tele-fictions with my family.
