Gal Gadot pays surprise visit to children's hospital

Gal Gadot, who is beloved around the world as the Amazonian princess Wonder Woman, recently went to meet some really special children.

She took a break from filming Wonder Woman 1984 to visit Inova Children's Hospital, in her get-up of Wonder Woman. The children at the hospital adored Gadot.

Seven-month old Karalyne Sahady was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia at two months old.

Her mother Kelly says she is now a Wonder Woman fan for life. After the baby's adorable introduction to Gadot, she had a huge smile on her face and Gadot scooped Karalyn right into her arms. Gadot's team was in a hurry, but she was not. She asked about the other kids in the hospital and even brought in some toys for them.

Next, Gadot will juggle compassion and combat in the Wonder Woman sequel, which will be released in November 2019.
