Nestor, Zimonjic win Wimbledon doubles crown

Canada's Daniel Nestor and Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia won the Wimbledon mens' doubles title on Saturday with a 7-6 (14/12), 6-7 (3/7), 6-3, 6-3 win over Jonas Bjorkman of Sweden and Kevin Ullyett of Zimbabwe.
It was the first Grand Slam title as a pair for Nestor and Zimonjic and denied Bjorkman, who will retire at the end of the year, a fairytale finish to his Wimbledon career.
Nestor and Zimonjic had finished as runners-up at the French Open last month while Bjorkman and Ullyett were playing in their first major final as a team.
The win was Nestor's fourth Grand Slam win after clinching three with Mark Knowles at the 2002 Australian Open, the 2004 US Open and the French Open in 2007.
Bjorkman has three Wimbledon doubles titles, with Todd Woodbridge from 2002-2004, in his nine Grand Slam collection while Ullyett won the 2001 Australian Open and 2005 Australian Open with Wayne Black.
