Prof Imtiaz new VC of IUT

Prof Dr M Imtiaz Hossain was appointed vice chancellor of Islamic University of Technology (IUT) at Gazipur, a subsidiary of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), says a press release.
OIC Secretary General Prof Dr Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu appointed him according to the nomination by the Government of Bangladesh.
Before joining at IUT Prof Hossain was the dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Buet.
