BCL final Feb 22

The final of the Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) between BCB North Zone and Walton Central Zone will be held from February 22-26 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
The final of the newly-designed franchise-based first-class competition will mark the debut of the day-night first-class match and the introduction of the pink ball for the first time in the country. The match will start at 1pm and the new ball can be taken after 70 overs.
After end of the league matches on January 11 this year, the competition took a long break before the final to accommodate the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20.
The match will help the national cricketers to shift their focus to longer-version cricket after the T20 matches before their tour of Sri Lanka. However, many are questioning the merits of playing with a pink ball before the serious business of taking on Sri Lanka in Tests.
Mushfiqur Rahim's men will fly for Colombo on February 28 to play two Tests, three ODIs and one T20I.
