Brunei recruited 5,038 Bangladeshis in 2012

Brunei Darussalam stood the second largest destination for Bangladeshi workers in South East Asia and East Asia as it recruited some 5,038 workers last year.
The number of workers were employed in Brunei Darussalam, the oil-rich South East Asian country, said a press release of Bangladesh High Commission at Bandar Seri Begawan in 2012.
According to BMET statistics, Brunei achieved the second position only next to Singapore in 2012.
