Drug peddler jailed

A mobile court here on Thursday sentenced a drug peddler to six months imprisonment for possessing hemp. Police said they arrested Mizanur Rahman, 38, son of late Saidur Rahman of Krishnakathi area of the district town, along with a small packet of hemp from Kheyaghat area of the town in the afternoon.
