2 held with contraband liquor

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two youths and seized 473 bottles of contraband foreign liquor allegedly from their possession at Patenga in the port city on Tuesday morning.
They are Md Alamgir and Mohammed Rasel of Anwara upazila in the district.
Tipped off, a team of Rab 7 conducted a drive near Naval Academy and arrested the duo along with the liquors worth Tk 1.7 lakh.
A case was filed with Patenga Police Station in this regard.
