Ankhi Alamgir's new album in the offing

Ankhi Alamgir's debut album “Tomar Chokh”, featuring music by Shawkat Ali Emon, with its songs “Jol Pore Paata Nore” and “Ronger Ghuri” went on to become popular.
This Eid, Ankhi is on her way to release a new album with six songs, also composed by Shawkat Ali Emon. The songs have been written by Khoshnoor Anu, Shawkat Ali Emon and Kabir Bokul.
“Each song has a different flavour -- both in terms of lyrics and composition,” said Ankhi. “Besides Emon, a music composer from India will also be working on one song,” she added.
“I am quite confident that listeners will enjoy the songs. I'm trying to come up with something fresh that will touch the heart of the listeners,” said Emon.
