Mannan takes over as BIWTA chairman

Abdul Mannan Hawladar has taken the charge of chairman of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) on Sunday, says a press release.
He replaces Sunil Kanti Bose. Earlier he serves as the director general of Compulsory Primary Education Implementation and Monitoring Unit.
He received honours gradation and masters degree in Economics at Dhaka University. He joined in administration cadre of Bangladesh Civil Service in 1981.
