Carra blow for L'pool

Liverpool were dealt a fresh blow on Tuesday when it was announced that long-serving defender Jamie Carragher was set to be sidelined for three months following surgery on a dislocated shoulder.
The 32-year-old suffered the injury while making his 450th Premier League appearance for the Merseysiders during their 2-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on Sunday.
His absence comes with Liverpool already missing inspirational captain Steven Gerrard and Carragher's fellow centre-back Daniel Agger through injury.
"I'll be having surgery at the end of the week," Carragher told the club's website, www.liverpoolfc.tv on Monday.
"The average is about 12 weeks. I'd like to come back before that but I've got to make sure it's right. It will probably be late February or early March when I'm looking to come back."
