Army chief visits Ordnance Centre and School

On the occasion of Investiture ceremony of 6th 'Colonel Commandant' and 30th Annual Commanders Conference, Chief of Army Staff General Md Abdul Mubeen visited Ordnance Centre and School (OC&S) at Rajendrapur Cantonment here yesterday.
The army chief delivered his speech to all officers of Ordnance Corps at OC&S Conference Hall on the occasion.
Earlier, he paid homage to the martyrs of the War of Liberation after placing wreath at the “ROKTO SHOPAN”. He inspected Quarter Guard.
Besides, he planted a sapling on the under-construction Shaheed Lt Colonel Sazzad Multipurpose Academic Building premises.
On his arrival at Rajendrapur Cantonment, General Mubeen was received by Master General of Ordnance (MGO) of Bangladesh Army Major General Abdul Matin, General Officer Commanding, Army Training and Doctrine Command (GOC, ARTDOC) Major General Anwar Hussain, OC&S Commandant Brigadier General Syed Golam Faruque and senior military officers.
