3 including baby girl drown

Three people including a baby girl drowned in Thakurgaon Panchagarh and Kurigram districts on Sunday and Monday.
A man was drowned in Boda upazila parishad pond in Panchagarh on Monday night.
Victim Babul Islam, 40, was son of Shukur Mohammad of Boda bazar and also peon of Boda Pilot High School, reports our Thakurgaon correspondent.
Locals said Babul drowned at about 8:00pm as he got down in the pond to collect his sandal that fell in it while washing his legs. He didn't know how to swim.
Locals rescued him and took him to Boda health complex where the on duty doctor declared him dead.
In Thakurgaon town, a 17-month-old minor girl drowned in a pail full of water in the bathroom on Monday afternoon in Goshpara area.
Victim Raisa was daughter of Mohammad Masud Rana of the same area.
Raisa's family members said the baby was playing inside the rooms of the house in the afternoon. Somehow she entered into the bathroom and fell in the pail and drowned.
An eight-year-old boy drowned in a pond at Balabarihat Chowdhurypara village in Chilmari upazila of Kurigram Sunday morning reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Sohel Chowdhury, son of Rusho Chowdhury of the same village.
Family sources said Sohel was missing since he went to play outside the house in the morning.
Later, after hectic search his floating body was recovered from a nearby pond at noon.
