13 physiotherapy students fall sick

Physiotherapy students continued their hunger strike for the second day yesterday while 13 students fell sick due to scorching heat.
Bangladesh Physiotherapy Students Union (BPSU) began the fast unto death programme at the Central Shaheed Minar in the city on Monday demanding immediate start of the construction of building of Bangladesh College of Physiotherapy.
The students said they will lay a siege to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) to press for their demand.
Bangladesh Physiotherapy Society expressed solidarity with the students yesterday.
