Permission for commercial programmes a must

The education ministry yesterday issued a circular asking all concerned to take prior permission from the ministry before holding any commercial programmes on the compound of any educational institutions.
From now on, prior permission must be taken for the use of educational institutions for any commercial programmes.
The circular said various commercial programmes, which are being held at educational institutions, are hampering the academic activities.
