Opening in 2008, Sports Gear now has a total of eight branches. In Dhaka, the shops are located at Plaza A R, Shop 109, House #2, Road #14, Dhanmondi and at 62 Gulshan Avenue. There are also branches of the shop in Sylhet, Rajshahi, Bogura, Cumilla, and Mymensingh.

Babul Poddar, the director of Spark Gear, says that the apparels available reflect the current season and the festivities of the time, but the shop also keeps other seasonal clothes in store — summer wear are also available this winter for all those immune to the cold!

This year's winter line mainly includes suits and blazers, sweaters and hoodies, sweatshirts, winter vests, leather jackets, overcoats and full sleeved t-shirts for both men and women. These come in a range of printed designs, solid colours and stripes, which are all great additions to anyone's wardrobe!

Additionally, as no winter is complete without mufflers and caps, the shop has a fashionable and diverse line of tasteful mufflers, winter caps and hand gloves.

The blazers and suits for men and women are a good investment as it is being sold within an affordable and reasonable price range. To fit any occasion, the suits and blazers come in solid colours and in checkered patterns. For more home-bound and comfortable times, nightgowns for both men and women are also available.

The shop includes a Perfume Corner and a Cosmetic Zone, which carry imported perfumes and body sprays. Along with that, a selection of shavings creams, body lotions and body sprays to are offered for men and women have a variety of colour cosmetics to choose from.

The shop provides a diversity of accessories to complete the look. Ties, belts, cufflinks and wallets come in various chic designs and contemporary styles. The accessories, along with the rest of the clothing, are all imported to ensure the best quality possible for the consumers.
