Puppet festival held

The Fresh Full Cream Milk Powder Inventors' Puppet Festival 2017 took place at Bangladesh Mohila Samity Auditorium on Bailey Road on October 6. The two-day event hosted shows by Puppet Theatre Research and Development Centre of Bangladesh and Dhaka Puppet Theatre on the first day. Puppet group Jol Putul and Inventors Puppet were the two performers on the second day of the festival.

Children who attended the shows were given gifts during intervals on both days. Many renowned personalities were present during this event including popular writer professor- Dr Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, cartoonist and editor of Unmad- Ahsan Habib, media personality Sharmin Lucky, to name a few.
