Hair Council

Lazy locks

We have all known someone who simply cannot be bothered with the trouble of make-up, dress-up, or any hairstyling! For them sleep is often way more precious.

Most of these ladies sport a no-nonsense rugged look, often with cropped hair or low maintenance appearance. While this is surely a smart way to tackle the 'special way of life'; ladies with mid-length or longer hair face countless troubles and anxiety.

At Star Lifestyle we try making your lives much easier and to prove that you can still opt for a clean, fresh look even when you have longer hair and do not want to spend over five minutes to tame it down.

Here is one great suggestion to finally ditch the homeless look once and for all.

Waterfall braids: a step by step guide

Take a part on the right side or the left side of your head.

Select a section of hair that is on the heavier side.

Divide into three sections and create a simple braid.

Next cross the back strand of the braid over the middle replicating a French braid.

Repeat the steps – this time instead of crossing the front strand over the middle, drop it down, pick up a section of hair directly behind the strand, cross it over the middle in place of the dropped strand.

Continue braiding like this till you get to the back of your head.

Repeat from the other side, and Viola!

If you found the above steps, complicated and somewhat confusing — we have got an amazing solution for you. A YouTube tutorial. Scan the QR code below and learn the easiest ways to do numerous fabulous hairstyles, all within the span of five minutes of your precious time.

Another suggestion would be to make the best use of technology— that has been striving really hard to work on our side for a long time now and hence the evolution of curling tongs and hair straighteners.

The latest generation of these styling instruments is quite easy on the hair and takes almost no time at all to do their job. You can easily use them before a party and recreate the salon look right at home.
