Tantalising theme nights at Amaya Food Gallery

Food lovers will be inspired by the amazing theme night experience at Amaya Food Gallery from August 2016 onwards. With these theme nights, guests will get the opportunity to experience four separate Asian and International cuisines highlighted four times a month.

Every first week of the month Amaya Food Gallery will surprise their guests with vibrant Indian Royal Cuisine. Spice up your palate every Sunday through Wednesday featuring special dishes per day like curries, biryanis, tandoori, and South Indian cuisine.

The second week of every month they will highlight the flavours of Thailand. From North to South, their exotic Siam cuisine promises to indulge your taste buds. Heat will linger on your palate with Tom Yam, Thai street food delicacies, Curries and authentic Som Tam for a prefect balanced bite every Sunday through Wednesday in the following order per day.

Be inspired by sizzling Japanese and Chinese cuisines on every third week of the month, Chinese Dim Sum, Japanese Udon and Soba noodle soups, Chinese noodle soups and Japanese Chirashi flavours will be served every Sunday through Wednesday in the following order. 

Every fourth week of the month starting on Sunday to Wednesday there will be  International Cuisines highlighted per day with Western BBQ, Spanish Paella, Italian Pastas and Peruvian Ceviche in that order. With a large tradition of various European influences, combining these cuisines based on multiple cultural heritage and traditions, inspired by world famous celebrity chefs.
