Iftar at Radisson Blu Dhaka

To serve the guests with utmost luxury, Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has set up the Arabian gazebo to accommodate for private dining for 6 to 8 people.

Once you sit down inside the tent, butlers wearing traditional dress will welcome you with sparkling date juice and fresh fruits to break your fast. They will also serve 30 different varieties of dates from around the world. The iftar menu includes basic Arabian dishes like moutabel, hummus, labneh, stuffed vine leaves, baba ganoush with fresh grilled pita, etc.

There is halim and 'rainbow jilapi' to meet the guests' iftar cravings. For the sweet tooth, there are Turkish delights, Arabian basbousa, baklava, katayef, gulab jamun, sweet curd with pistachios, rash malai, etc.

The dinner menu comes with authentic Middle Eastern delicacies: a whole lamb ouzi with saffron pilaf and nut rice. Lamb ouzi is basically a young lamb cooked on a grill – a very popular Middle-Eastern dish.

Moreover, a private chef will serve barbeque items to the guests: from grilled lobster with garlic and herb butter and lemon sauce to grilled duck breast with apricot juice.

The complete set up of gazebo provides a unique feeling of luxury with the classic Middle Eastern cuisine.

At Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, the private dining spaces in poolside tents give a luxurious feasting experience.
