Penalise road blockers

We regularly witness roads being blockaded by people over trivial matters. This hampers smooth movement of vehicles, causing extensive traffic jams and suffering for the general people.

In the interest of the public, the authorities should take steps to ban such blockades of roads and highways and penalise the perpetrators. Otherwise, these incidents will continue to occur and obstruct people's free movement on the roads.
