Find those who are missing

The disappearance of a large number of people over the last few years has really sowed fear among citizens of this country. Relatives of victims have alleged a number of times that they were picked up by men in plainclothes identifying themselves as being members of law enforcement agencies. Such claims are almost always denied by the accused agencies.

A report published by this newspaper titled “Nobody knows where they are” on September 27 about five missing young men, who had been picked up two weeks prior to that, and were traceless up until then, was startling. Leaving the horrifying nature of the crime aside, we can only imagine the trauma their relatives must be going through.

Even if law enforcement agencies that are accused of being involved by relatives of the victims, had nothing to do with their disappearance, is it not their duty to find them?
