DSA case: HC to deliver order on bail petition for Kishore on March 3

The High Court today set Wednesday (March 3) for delivering order on a bail petition for Cartoonist Ahmed Kabir Kishore in connection with a case under Digital Security Act.

The court also directed to inform it with an affidavit about the death of Mushtaq Ahmed, another accused in the case.

The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman set the date and gave the directives after petitioner's lawyer Jyotirmoy Barua moved the petition virtually.
