Khaleda vows to wage movement against govt

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia tonight expressed determination that her party must take to the streets to topple the government no matter what obstacles it creates.

She made the remarks while the newly elected leaders of Supreme Court Bar Association called on her at her Gulshan office in the capital.

“After uniting ourselves we must take to the streets whenever time will come,” Khaleda said amid clapping of lawyers.

Terming Sheikh Hasina government illegal, Khaleda said, there is no rule of law in the country at present.

She also called upon other political parties to take part in the upcoming anti-government movement.
