Khaleda to brief media at 4pm tomorrow
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will hold a press conference tomorrow to reveal the BNP-led 19-party alliance's stance on current political development of the country.
The briefing is scheduled to begin at Westin Hotel in the capital around 4:00pm, said Shamimur Rahman Shamim, an assistant office secretary of the party.
The BNP chief might disclose the combine alliances' position on the government legitimacy which it termed an "illegal administration", joint forces' action on the activists of BNP and its key ally Jamaat-e-Islami and government's oppression on the 19-party's leaders and activists may also come up in the conference, party insiders said.
Khaleda is likely to talk about the obstacles created by the government to exercise political activities democratically, party insiders added.
