International singer, Justin Timberlake stopped his concert in San Jose, California to sing “Happy Birthday” to a 8year old boy, Julian who was diagnosed with autism. Justin and the thousands of fans in the stadium sang “Happy Birthday” to the little boy when fans got Justin’s attention to the little boy. Julian’s mother wrote "And then before we knew what was happening, the group in front of us that had turned out to be so incredibly kind all night to our birthday boy, and these gorgeous girls who I was convinced would be totally annoyed by Julian, had captured Justin's attention." Justin even gave the young devotee his famous fedora. This is not the first time the singer has gone out of his way for his fans. Earlier in the year, he helped a fan propose to his girlfriend on stage!
