• Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman sits in a meeting with President Yahya Khan in the morning and discussed several important national issues. After nearly two-hour long talks at the President Bhaban, Sheikh Mujib tells reporters that the dialogue is satisfactory. He says he will again sit in a meeting with the president along with some leaders of his party tomorrow. Sheikh Mujib denies comment on the specific issues that are discussed in the meeting.

Tomorrow, Tajuddin Ahmed, Dr Kamal Hossain and Khandakar Mostaq Ahmed among others will be along with Sheikh Mujib to meet President Yahya.
