How to Get Rid of the Ask.com Toolbar:

To remove, uninstall it from the Control Panel. Change your browser's default home page to your preferred one. Next, go to the extensions page which you can find under Tools/Settings, Add-Ons/Extensions and remove/disable anything that has "Ask" on it. Also, delete it from the list of search providers.
