BNP leader Rizvi on 3-day remand for Jatrabari bus arson

A Dhaka court today placed BNP Joint Secretary General Rizvi Ahmed on a fresh three-day remand in a case filed for arson attack on a bus at the capital's Jatrabari.
Metropolitan Magistrate Maruf Hossain passed the order.
Detective Branch of police produced Rizvi before the court with a ten-day remand prayer on completion of his five-day remand in another violence case.
The BNP leader has been accused of instigating his party men to carry out the petrol bomb attack on the bus that left one dead and 28 others burnt on January 23.
